Account Status Information

Active Status

While actively employed, you have full access to all health management features.

Terminated Status

If your employment status changes:

  • Your termination date will appear on your profile
  • You may see the reason for termination if provided
  • Your access will change in one of two ways:
    • Access Revocation:
      • Standard procedure when employment ends
      • Access to the health portal will be discontinued
    • Consumer Plan Transition:
      • If enabled by your employer
      • You'll see a "Transitioned to Consumer Plan" indicator
      • You'll maintain access to your health records
      • You can continue using the system under consumer plan terms
